Select a picture ~ click on it to see the card  in undistorted full-size.

Although each card has a specific caption that goes with it, I've deliberately left the caption off the card itself, so that you can write your own if you prefer. To use the pre-written caption, just check it off the list in Add the Caption.

These cards can also be printed out and hand-delivered. You can do that by emailing the card to yourself and then printing it out. (Instructions for this are at the bottom of the card after you pick it up.)

Climbing the walls is actually good for you  -- the exercise gets those feel-good endorphins pumping. Try not to
stress-shed on your friends. (Save that for the vet.)
Never underestimate the restorative powers of a really good hissy-fit. Hide under the bed when you need to, but allow yourself to be tempted out again too.

Make good use of any distraction that comes your way. Tell people how they can help. Repeat if necessary -- humans can be very dense. Sneak outdoors as often as you can, and take time to stop and eat the grass. When all else fails ~ take a deep breath, exhale slowly, relax all your muscles, and zone out for awhile.
